I am an artist first and foremost since I could hold a pen or pencil, I do a lot of self reflecting and meditation. I find self care and cleanliness the kindest thing you can do for yourself. You can not pour from an empty cup or pitcher, self care is so important, let your love for yourself pour like a fountain to others, not greedily.
